What does the price include?
The price includes delivery, set-up, and take-down!
What method of payment do you take?
We currently accept e-transfer only!
Do I have to make a deposit?
Yes! A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required at booking (this deposit will go towards your total cost). The rest of payment is due 7 days prior to day of event.
Do we get to keep anything?
No, unless discussed otherwise!
How do you clean your equipment?
All tent covers, blankets, mattress covers, and decorative pillows are thoroughly washed and sanitized after each use. Tents, trays, and decorations are spot cleaned and disinfected between each use to ensure a safe and clean party!
Do you allow pets near the equipment?
We kindly ask that you keep all pets and animals away from the equipment.
Can we eat and drink in the tents?
We ask that only light snacks be eaten inside our tents (i.e. popcorn, pretzels). Please avoid messy or sticky foods that may easily cause stains or damage. All beverages should be light coloured or clear (no fruit punch or cola products please). While we understand accidents can happen, you may be held responsible for any damages to Prairie Dreams property.
What happens if something gets stained or damaged?
If our equipment is returned in an excessively dirty condition that requires additional stain removal or replacement, we will require a $100 fee as well as any additional costs to repair rental equipment if necessary.
What happens if something breaks, gets lost or stolen?
We do expect our customers to take care of the rental equipment during their party. We understand that reasonable wear and tear will occur, but if equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen; we will require reimbursement to replace equipment.
